We’re Hiring: Conference Producer

Innovex Events is looking for a motivated Conference Producer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning high-impact events and working with speakers, partners, and internal teams to deliver outstanding conferences.

What you’ll do:

• Research and develop conference agendas and themes

• Identify, invite, and manage speakers

• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams

• Oversee conference content from concept to delivery

What we’re looking for:

• Strong research and communication skills

• Excellent organization and time management

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Previous experience in events, conferences, or media is a plus
