Innovex Events – Terms & Conditions

By registering for any event organised by Innovex Events, all attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering. All information submitted during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.

Once the registration form has been completed and submitted, full payment of the applicable registration fee is required within 7 working days from the date the invoice is issued. Registration fees are final and cannot be amended after submission.

The client may cancel their participation in an event by providing written notice to Innovex Events via email.

If written cancellation is received more than one month prior to the event start date, Innovex Events will issue a credit note equal to 50% of the total invoiced amount. This credit may be applied toward any Innovex Events services within 12 months from the date of the originally registered event.

Cancellations received one month or less before the event start date, as well as failure to attend the event for any reason, will result in no refund, credit, or discount. Failure to attend does not release the client from their obligation to pay the full invoiced amount issued by Innovex Events.

Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, or related expenses. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering these costs. Attendees are also responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage related to their participation in the event.

Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time, provided the replacement participant is from the same organisation. Requests for substitutions should be communicated to Innovex Events as early as possible.

Innovex Events may amend the conference agenda, timetable, speaker lineup, venue, or any other aspect of the event at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Innovex Events may also decide to deliver the event in a virtual format, with participants being informed of such a change. A virtual event refers to an online conference that enables attendees, clients, and delegates to participate remotely in real time. In the event of such a conversion, all registration fees and payments already made shall remain non-refundable.

Innovex Events shall not be responsible for any delay, postponement, interruption, or cancellation of an event resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control ("Force Majeure"). Force Majeure events include, but are not limited to, government actions or restrictions, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, labor disputes (other than those involving Innovex Events' own employees or representatives), public health emergencies, pandemics, war, civil unrest, terrorist acts, or any similar unforeseen event.

Where an event is impacted by Force Majeure, Innovex Events may, at its sole discretion, either transfer the event to an online format or issue a credit voucher equivalent to the amount paid by the attendee. Such credit may be used toward any future Innovex Events conference, summit, or program and must be redeemed within twelve (12) months of the original cancellation date. Any credit remaining unused after this period shall automatically expire and will not be eligible for reimbursement or cash redemption.

If Force Majeure circumstances continue for an extended period, Innovex Events may reschedule the virtual event as many times as reasonably necessary.

Innovex Events may postpone an event or conference and reschedule it to a date occurring within twelve (12) months of the original postponement date (the "Rescheduling Period"). In the event of a postponement, clients and delegates may attend the revised event date or transfer their registration to another Innovex Events event taking place during the Rescheduling Period. If a participant chooses not to attend the rescheduled event and does not transfer to an alternative event within the Rescheduling Period, no refund will be provided. All registrations and payments remain subject to a strict no-refund policy.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.
