Innovex Events – Terms & Conditions
By registering for any event organised by Innovex Events, all attendees confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Participants are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering. All information submitted during registration must be complete, accurate, and up to date.
Once the registration form has been completed and submitted, full payment of the applicable registration fee is required within 7 working days from the date the invoice is issued. Registration fees are final and cannot be amended after submission.
The client may cancel their participation in an event by providing written notice to Innovex Events via email.
If written cancellation is received more than one month prior to the event start date, Innovex Events will issue a credit note equal to 50% of the total invoiced amount. This credit may be applied toward any Innovex Events services within 12 months from the date of the originally registered event.
Cancellations received one month or less before the event start date, as well as failure to attend the event for any reason, will result in no refund, credit, or discount. Failure to attend does not release the client from their obligation to pay the full invoiced amount issued by Innovex Events.
Registration fees do not include accommodation, travel, or related expenses. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and covering these costs. Attendees are also responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage related to their participation in the event.
Delegate substitutions are permitted at any time, provided the replacement participant is from the same organisation. Requests for substitutions should be communicated to Innovex Events as early as possible.
Innovex Events reserves the right to modify the conference programme, schedule, speakers, or venue at any time without prior notice. Innovex Events also retains the right to convert the event into a virtual format at any time, with notification to participants. A virtual event refers to an online conference that allows participants, clients, and delegates to attend remotely in real time. In such circumstances, participants are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.
An event may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Innovex Events (“Force Majeure”), including but not limited to acts of God, government restrictions, fire, extreme weather, strikes or lockdowns (excluding those involving Innovex Events’ own employees or agents), pandemics, war, or acts of terrorism. In the event of postponement or cancellation due to Force Majeure, Innovex Events reserves the right to convert the event to a virtual format or to issue a credit note equal to 100% of the fees paid (“voucher”). This voucher may be used toward any other Innovex Events event and must be redeemed within one year from the date of cancellation. Failure to use the voucher within this period will result in forfeiture of any right to a refund. Should the Force Majeure circumstances continue, Innovex Events may postpone the virtual event multiple times.
Innovex Events is entitled to postpone an event or conference so that it takes place within 12 months from the original postponement date (the “Period”). In the case of such postponement, clients and delegates may either attend the rescheduled event or choose to participate in another Innovex Events event occurring within the Period. If the event is postponed and the client or delegate does not select an alternative event within the Period, no refund will be issued. In all such cases, a strict no-refund policy applies.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice.
