We’re Hiring: Delegate Sales Executive

Innovex Events is looking for an energetic and target-driven Delegate Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, communication, and working in the conference and events industry.

What you’ll do:

• Sell delegate passes to conferences via phone, email, and online channels

• Identify and engage potential attendees from target industries

• Maintain and update delegate databases and sales pipelines

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Work closely with marketing and production teams to maximize attendance

What we’re looking for:

• Strong communication and persuasion skills

• Sales experience (B2B or event sales is a plus)

• Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented attitude

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
